Ministry Bank

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ministry Bank, a knowledge intelligence platform operated by Trusty Jones Global LLC (“Ministry Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except to the extent caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

2. The Service

Ministry Bank helps users preserve ministry teachings, organize transcripts and processed teaching information, explore connections across teachings, and develop ministry and discipleship resources.

Features may change as we maintain and improve the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Subscription and Fees

The standard Ministry Bank subscription is $29 per month, unless a different price or offer is expressly presented to you at checkout. Your subscription provides up to eight teaching-processing units per billing month, subject to the features and limits described in the service.

Unused teaching-processing units do not roll over into the next billing month. Generating resources from teachings that have already been processed does not consume additional teaching-processing units under the standard plan.

Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed or handled as required by law. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel through the cancellation options made available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, access may continue through the end of the period already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored content. For account and data deletion requests, contact support@ministrybank.org.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or unused teaching-processing units. Nothing in these Terms limits a right to a refund that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the sermons, teachings, transcripts, notes, documents, and other materials you submit to Ministry Bank (“Your Content”).

You grant Ministry Bank a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, and transform Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate the service and provide the features you request, including teaching processing, search, ministry intelligence, and resource generation.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and authorize its processing. You must not submit content in violation of another person’s rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.

7. AI Processing and Generated Resources

Ministry Bank uses third-party technologies, including AI systems, to process teachings and generate resources. These systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate results and may misunderstand source material.

You are responsible for reviewing generated resources before relying on, publishing, distributing, or using them. This includes reviewing theological claims, Scripture references and quotations, factual statements, attribution, and suitability for the intended audience.

Ministry Bank does not guarantee that generated material will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of errors. Generated content is a tool to support your work, not a substitute for your judgment and review.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization, interfere with the service’s security or operation, upload malicious code, use the service unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.

9. Third-Party Services

Ministry Bank relies on third-party services to support features such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, transcript acquisition, and AI processing. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or conduct that could harm the service or its users.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time under the cancellation options provided. Ending your subscription does not itself constitute a request to delete stored information. Data deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ministry Bank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of every item of data in every circumstance, or the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output. Any disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusty Jones Global LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Trusty Jones Global LLC for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Ministry Bank for the service during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date when changes are made. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before changes take effect. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only where permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
