Ministry Bank
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Ministry Bank, operated by Trusty Jones Global LLC (“Ministry Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a knowledge intelligence platform for preserving ministry teachings and developing discipleship resources. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website and services.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. We may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, and ministry profile details that you provide when creating or managing an account.
Teaching and ministry content. We process the materials you choose to submit or import, which may include teaching titles, dates, speaker information, source links, transcripts, sermon notes, and other ministry materials.
Generated content. We store content created through the service, which may include Archive Records, Knowledge Cards, ministry intelligence, knowledge connections, and generated resources.
Subscription information. Subscription status, billing-related identifiers, and subscription dates may be available to us through our payment provider. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Ministry Bank.
Technical and usage information. Our service and its providers may process information needed to authenticate users, maintain security, diagnose errors, measure usage, and operate the service. This may include timestamps, processing status, error details, and technical logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain Ministry Bank, authenticate accounts, store and organize teachings, acquire transcripts when requested, process teaching materials, create searchable ministry intelligence, generate requested resources, manage subscriptions, provide support, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We use your submitted ministry content to provide the features you request. We do not claim ownership of your original teachings merely because you submit them to Ministry Bank.
3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
Ministry Bank relies on service providers to operate its features. Depending on how you use the service, information may be processed by the following providers:
- Supabase: supports account authentication and storage of application data, including teaching content and generated materials.
- Anthropic: receives teaching information during teaching processing. This may include a teaching’s title, date, speaker, source type, and full transcript, so the service can produce structured teaching intelligence.
- OpenAI: receives a resource-generation request and the source context assembled for that request. The context may contain relevant teaching information, processed teaching intelligence, ministry profile details, and other information needed to create the requested resource.
- Supadata: may receive a video identifier when Ministry Bank retrieves a transcript from a supported YouTube or Facebook source. The resulting transcript may subsequently be processed by Anthropic when you process that teaching.
- Stripe: processes subscription payments and related billing information.
These providers process information to provide their services and as governed by their applicable terms, privacy policies, and settings. Their handling of information may differ by provider and service. Review the providers’ policies for information about their practices.
AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated materials before using or distributing them. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or process.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers when needed to operate the features you use, process payments, provide technical support, maintain security, or comply with law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ministry Bank, its users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not make your private teachings available to other Ministry Bank users as part of the ordinary service.
5. Content Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain your rights to the teachings and other content you submit, subject to the rights and permissions necessary to provide the service. You authorize Ministry Bank to host, store, process, and transform that content as needed to provide the features you request.
We use access controls intended to restrict account content to the appropriate user. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and you should avoid submitting information you are not authorized to provide.
6. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by type of information and purpose.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, request deletion of your account or content.
You may request deletion of your account and associated information by contacting support@ministrybank.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests are subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate security needs. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period, including in backups or records required by law.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
To ask a privacy question or submit a request, contact support@ministrybank.org. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
Ministry Bank is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through an account intended for them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
10. Third-Party Websites
Ministry Bank may support importing content from third-party platforms or link to third-party websites. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services we do not operate.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date when changes are made. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
